Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

The olive oil solidifies in the fridge, so get the dressing out of the fridge at least 15 minutes before you plan to use it.

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¾ cup olive oil

Mix.
