Hot Dog Casserole
1 lb hot dog (sliced)
16 ozs pork and beans (undrained)
12 cup onion (chopped)
12 cup ketchup
3 tbsps brown sugar
712 ozs buttermilk biscuits (refrigerated)
4 ozs shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
1 Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2 In medium sauceopan, combine hotdogs, prk and beans, onion, ketchup and brown sugar; mix well.
3 Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes.
4 Spoon hot bean mixture into an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish.
5 Saoerate dough into 10 biscuits, arrange biscuits over hot bean mixture.
6 Sprinkle with cheese.
7 Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and no longer doughy.
