Dilled New Potatoes
2 pounds
baby red potatoes (1-3/4 inches wide, about 24)
1/4 cup
butter, melted
2
tablespoons snipped fresh dill
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1.Place potatoes in a Dutch oven; add water to cover. Bring to
a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until tender.
2.Drain;
return to pan. Mix remaining ingredients; drizzle over potatoes and toss to
coat. Yield:8 servings.
